Everything was lovely, handy location very near to shopping places, the staff were amiable. The twin room was compact with nice touches, coffee and nice touches like tea. There were an electric kettle and fridges too. Location: the hotel was just off Olympia, and Hammersmith tube.

The rooms at Hotel Sergul are really cozy and comfortable. I stayed in a single room, and it had a nice electric kettle, perfect for making a hot cup of tea. The bed linen and towels were clean and felt really soft. I loved how the room was completely silent, ensuring a good night's sleep. the room made me feel right at home.
I personally didn't like that there was no desk in the room. But hey, that's just my preference.

Great value for money! The rooms were clean and well-furnished with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The mini-fridge and kettle in the room were a nice bonus. The location was convenient, within walking distance of both a tube station and a popular shopping center.
The noise from the street if you had a room near the window. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem.

We felt like guests in a relative's house with the owner Mara being super nice and helpful. She allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout, helped us find a restaurant, called for train schedules, and even waited for an Uber with us. the room was compact, comfortable, and clean, with a bathroom and a refreshing shower. the amenities included a kettle, teabags and drink sachets, and even a packet of biscuits. the fridge in the room was a great bonus, and the room was cleaned and refreshed daily.
Felt so at home, no complaints.

Amazing location for scenic walks along the river, comfortable rooms with relaxing interiors, excellent transportation links.
The entrance hall's granite flooring was a bit too fancy for my taste.
